The Scent of a Cob

I kept trying to figure out the smell of Dead Nettle after pull- ing the leaves and bloosoms off. I finally figured out that it smells like a corn cob. Kind of looks and feels like it a little bit too, minus the cream color and size. How could such sweet and wholesome hours Be reckoned but with herbs and flowers? ~ Andrew Marvel.
