This is going to be a door mat for the back door. It is made out of plastic bags. Some ways to recy- cle plastic bags is to take them to a Thrift Store, bag stuff at your garage sale, knit, crochet or loom them into items to use. I've even used them to wrap some of my items when I was packing to move. I have found while using plastic bags, I like to just cut one bag at a time instead of making a ball like in the instructions I found. Do what you prefer. I loop one at a time and wrap it around the pegs. I save room enough to make a loop. When I get to the place I need to make a loop for attaching the other piece of plastic strip, I cast it and add another bag strip. When you have brought the loop through, hold it closely to the top of the loop that is on the loom and the strip area that is going to be sinched taunt. Be careful not to break it. Do this gently. I have broke them and took it out enough to tie it in a knot. I don't have a pattern to go by, so I am learning as I go. PS. I had to take everything off the loom. I had noticed it was getting to weak in the middle. I'll post the fin- ished piece when I am done. I also put it on a larger loom. I think the yellow loom you see in the photo was to small for the type of rug I wanted to make. I haven't kept up with the Creative Everyday. I know I've been creative everyday in some way.
