Hasardous Waste

I nabbed this items from some- one who was cleaning out old items and throwing them away. I think about all the stuff like make-up items or parts of containers that can not go into the regular recycl- ing bins, like nail polish, even lids off of milk cartons and water bottles etc that can not be put in regular recycling. So I decided to look up how to dispose of old nail polish and found this article at:{Hasardous Waste}. There is a link to Earth 911 that you can type in your zip code and find a recycling center near you that will take your hasardous waste. Certain plastics can be put in your recycle bins but certain plastics can not. So check with your local recycling center to find out what you can and can not recycle. Check out: {Planet Green} and the top three ways to: {Reuse Nail Polish}. Just think, all these types of things and more are put in the trash and go to the dump, week after week, year after year. Yikes! Not very a pleasent thought is it? Something to think about before your next purchase.

Silhouette Card

Search {One Pretty Thing} if you'd like to create a silhou- ette card something like this one . Look up the word Silhou- ette or words Silhouette card and a link to Molly Lee's cards should come up. If I was to do it over I think I would of chose to use the sage for the silhou- ette and the pink for the card. I think it turned out cute though. I am going to write a note on the blank piece of paper and attach with photo fix. This card is at 75% since I didn't have enough card stock. I made it smaller. I am going to have to get me a bet- ter tool for paper cutting, if I plan to do it again. I enjoyed doing this type of art form. {God's Miracles Show Amid Tragedy in Hati} I don't always open comments in some entry's. Sometimes I either just want you to check out another blogger or something I find interesting. Christmas Simple Decor

I wanted to decorate simple and more natural this year. I did pull out a gift of silver trees to add to the more natural things I used this year. Like a larage cone in a vase and fallen limbs I found on the ground on my daily walks. I added the baby's breath that was grown in my dear mother-in-laws yard to the greenery. Just some simple touches for the hoildays.
