{~Roasted Vegetables~}

One of my favorite dishes is Roasted Vegetables. I use what I have on hand. This one is broccoli, cab- bage, carrots, onion, garlic, potatoes, salt and pepper and olive oil. The second photo is cabbage, carrot, celery, potatoes, garlic, onion and olive oil. The next time I make roa- sted vegetables, I will add mushrooms and green peppers into the dish. I even put two cored out apples in for dessert b/4.

{~*~Hat - Purse - Tutorials - Free @ Keri's~*~}

This is one side of the reversible purses I made. Don't try to stitch the outside of the small handle before turning it inside out. You can't do it. You have to leave both outer handles unstitched in order to be able to turn it inside out. I stitched it by hand because I used heavy material. The child size one is made out of upholstery samples. The other photo shows the purse in reverse. I plan to make more. I think they are so cute. You can find a link to this reversible purse and tutorials at: {One Pretty Thing} {A Purse Tutorial} at Michelle's Musings. I had made an adult & child size. {Free @ Keri's} {Beaded Hat using Knifty Knitter} I think a child size reversible purse would be great to make some for what you find at this link to: {Samaritans Purse}.
