Backyard Medicine

I was reading in this book about how the dandelion can be part of a natural cancer treatment and may help prevent some cancers. Especially breast cancer. Cleavers also is used in cancer treatment. It is one of my favorite teas. I'll be looking in a spot I seen it growing last year in hopes to use it soon because I read it can start growing in February. Please keep everyone on my list in your thoughts and prayers. If I am not around cyberspace, I will be thinking of you and praying, praying praying for you too!!! I learn more about God From weeds than from roses; Resilience springing Through the smallest chink of hope In the absolute of concrete....~Phillip Pulfrey. Accentuate the Positive

Somethings I spoke with my son about when he had cancer. I talked to him about forgiving everyone who ever hurt him and even forgive himself for anything he felt he needed to. To talk with God and trust Him. I spoke to him about getting his head anointed with oil and prayed over by the elders of his Christian church. He did do that. And to speak healing scriptures and life into his body. We spoke about not eating sweets. Sugar feeds cancer growth. To focus on the positive outcomes of the ones who beat cancer. In the beginning he said he was going to beat it. Plus I told him a lot of people from around the world were praying for him. He was told by his doctors to eat healthy foods. He also learned how to play an instrument during his cancer treatments. He rode his bike to his treatments. So he was also exercising. He told me he also prayed not my will but your will Lord be done in my life. {Healing Scriptures} Read {Giann Jessen} bio. There are some others who are cancer free on the prayer list! So Keep Praying!!! GOD Bless You and Thanks So Much for Praying!!! Geoff Moore: {Listen To Our Hearts}

Gifts I made

Some gifts I made last year were blouses, purses, a purse tissue holder, cellphone case, panhandle mitt, doll and finger puppets, button bracelet, ornament, baked goods. I didn't get photos. My camera was going bonkers. Each month this year I am going to work on making gifts. I made a couple of 1940's vintage purses that matched for mother and child. Adult size and child size. I did a change up on the clasp and used vintage buttons. I also made an Amy Butler purse using material from a jumper. Had material leftover and made a tissue holder to match and I made my own verison of a cellphone case. I think I will make it a little different next time I try. Tried to make a passport case but it didn't seem to work. So I'll have to rethink it and try again. Please keep praying for everyone on my lists!!!
