I cooked up some fried pota-
toes with onions one day and decided to add salad dressing. Than I went and looked up on-
line to see if there was such a thing. There was. Only I skip boiling the potatoes. I just fry cubed potatoes with chopped onion and add the fixings and dressing of choice. Here it has celery and the eggs and cilantro are for show. I think you could add eggs if you want. What ever you like in your potato salad. Quote:
