{~*~Egg Substitute~*~}

I was reading in the Reminisce magazine about a woman that learned what to use as a substitue for an egg in a cake. She had said that in the winter when her grand- mother was making a cake and didn't have an egg, she went outside to get a spoonfull of soft snow and folded it into the cake just before putting it in the oven. She had said, she did this herself, too. I really like the stories in this magazine that people send in about the old days.
