I think it might be Hairy Bitter Cress? Check here: {The Seed Site} to see what you think. It looks like the second weed down from the top. Here is a recipe that states it's edible, but I think I want to learn more before I eat {Hairy Bitter Cress}. There is other info on other weeds, from the same site called: {Eat Weeds}. I'll have to see if I can find it in any books. It would be a really good idea to take classes to learn more about edible and med-icinal plants. Some plants have look alikes that are poisonous.
