This is a Christmas gift that I really like using a lot. It keeps out the seeds. The liquid measurements are also marked on the inside.

Before I cut the lemon, I push down on it while rolling it back and forth, to get more juice out of it when its juiced. I also use a zester before I cut the lemon, to take the peel off so I can use it for other uses.

The rice salad in my favorite vintage pie plate in the photo was dressed with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Link to:{TCU} The Juicer is from Pier 1 imports. {Links}
